We require a $60 deposit for whole deer at drop off. Please have your confirmation number ready at drop-off. During busier times, there will be a sign-in sheet and you will wait at your car until we call you to come inside for drop-off. Please bring bone-in or boneless deer to the far-right metal door on the front of the building. You will need to unload your deer and bring it to the door for check in. Follow the gravel drive on the east side of the building, next to the power substation, around the back of the building to the concrete pad and large metal door on the south corner of the building, past the livestock chutes. Whole deer will be accepted at the back door. There will be no deer drop off on Sundays for the 2021 season. We will accept whole deer and boneless or quartered deer during our normal operating hours Monday – Friday 8 AM – 6 PM and Saturdays 7 AM – 3 PM. We will update our website and phone recording with that information if we are at capacity. Once we reach our capacity for the day, we will not take any additional deer. Please be prepared to take your deer elsewhere or to process it at home. We will be taking significantly fewer whole deer (full carcass) this season. We will update our website and phone recording if we reach capacity on any given day during Modern Gun Season. Our capacity is impacted by several factors – our staffing levels, the health of our employees, cooler space, etc. Like last year, we will cap the number of whole deer we will take daily during Modern Gun Season (November 13 th – November 28 th). We will only accept deer during our normal operating hours of Monday – Friday 8 AM – 6 PM and Saturdays 7 AM – 3 PM, or until we’ve reached our capacity for the day. We will skin and process the meat, then it will be distributed to food banks and shelters.HOURS CHANGE: There will be NO deer drop off on Sundays for the 2021 season. Hunters Sharing the Harvest – No Charge– We participate in the Hunters Sharing the Harvest program which allows you to donate the deer.

Sausage and smoked items are made in bulk Wrapped Ground – $ 1.50/lb – You bring in your boned out meat and we will grind and wrap in butcher paper. Skinned Deer – $90.00 -Same as above but If you bring a deer in already skinned, the processing price for a Regular Cut will be reduced from $120 to $90. The rest of the meat will be ground into burger. The back straps can be left whole for roasts or cut into chops. The tenderloins will be removed and wrapped. Legs can be made into Roasts, Steaks, or Ground. Regular Cut – $120.00 – We will skin the deer, and freezer wrap/label your meat. WE ONLY PROCESS DEER DURING THE MONTHS OF PA DEER SEASON Drop off is only during store hours: Monday-Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 10am *****WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY DROP OFFS After December 12th (This includes cut/quartered/cooler deer) We Will Resume Again Monday January 3rd 2022
